Plastering for landlords and letting agents across Exeter and Devon, quick turnarounds between tenancies, reliable, tidy, and priced fair for repeat work.
Every empty day costs you money. We get rentals turned around quickly so you can get them back on the market.
Between tenancies is when the walls get sorted, and landlords and letting agents need someone who turns up when they say they will, works cleanly and doesn't drag a job out. That's us. Whether it's a full property skim to freshen a tired flat, patching up wear and tear, or making good after damage, we work around your tenancy dates and keep it moving. We're happy to deal with agents directly, quote from photos to save a visit, and take on repeat work across a portfolio, the sort of reliable trade you can call again and again without worrying whether they'll show.

Straight answers, no waffle.
Most single-room jobs are done in a day, and a whole flat re-skim is usually two to four days depending on size. We know void periods cost you money, so we work to your changeover dates where we can.
Yes. We keep the work contained to one room at a time, sheet everything up and clear up properly at the end of each day. It is not ideal for anyone, but it is very doable for repairs and single rooms.
Yes. We work with several Exeter agents and are happy to invoice the agency rather than the landlord, whichever suits your setup.
Generally yes. Under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, the landlord is responsible for keeping the structure and interior of the property in repair, which covers walls and ceilings. Damage caused by the tenant is a separate matter and may be recoverable from the deposit.
For a landlord, the void week usually costs more than the plastering does.
We work to your changeover dates and get in and out. A property sat empty waiting on a trade is costing you rent every day.
Sometimes a few repairs will do. Sometimes the whole room is quicker and gives a better finish for a viewing. We'll tell you which.
Doing the whole property in one visit is far better value than coming back between tenancies.
We can work around tenants still living there, one room at a time, sheeted up, cleared each evening. It's slower, but it's doable.
Tenant damage, damp, or years of patch-and-paint all change what's actually needed underneath.
Happy to invoice the letting agent directly if that's easier for your setup.
Send photos or a schedule of works and we'll come straight back with a fixed price and the dates we can do it.
Send us the details on WhatsApp. We'll quote quickly, work around your dates, and we're happy to take on regular work.
